With an ever increasing English-speaking population in Boussac, the mayor of Boussac, Franck Foulon, launched the idea of creating an association to ensure a better integration of these newcomers to the Pays de Boussac.
In October 2009, Amitiés Internationales (AIPB) was created; this association aims to promote our respective cultures and thus foster better understanding between the English and French language communities.
AIPB’s French-English office organises festive and friendly events throughout the year to bring our two communities together in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Part of the proceeds from these events (music events, cake stalls, etc.) are donated at the end of each year to local charities.
