It is with profound sadness that AIPB announces the passing of Jeff Hervé Daval in the USA on Sunday 27th February 2022. Jeff was born in France and as his parents were missionaries he spent his childhood living in many different countries. When he became an adult he chose to live in the USA and joined the military there as a paratrooper, eventually fighting in the first Gulf War. A few years later he and his American wife Ginger came to live in Neris-les-Bains, the home of his father, where they were both chiropractors.
Jeff and Ginger were avid supporters of our association (AIPB) and many of you will remember Jeff parading the American flag with pride at the Armistice ceremony in Boussac every 11th November.
We would like to offer our sincere and deepest condolences to Ginger and his step-daughter Natalie on their sad loss.
C’est avec une profonde tristesse que l’AIPB annonce le décès de Jeff Hervé Daval aux Etats-Unis le dimanche 27 février 2022. Jeff est né en France et comme ses parents étaient missionnaires, il a passé son enfance à vivre dans de nombreux pays différents. Lorsqu’il est devenu adulte, il a choisi de vivre aux États-Unis et s’est engagé dans l’armée américaine en tant que parachutiste, participant à la première guerre du Golfe. Quelques années plus tard, lui et son épouse américaine Ginger sont venus vivre à Néris-les-Bains, la maison de son père, où ils étaient tous deux chiropracteurs.
Jeff et Ginger étaient de fervents supporters de notre association (AIPB) et beaucoup d’entre vous se souviennent de Jeff paradant avec fierté le drapeau américain lors de la cérémonie de l’Armistice à Boussac chaque 11 novembre.
Nous tenons à présenter nos sincères et profondes condoléances à Ginger et à sa belle-fille Natalie pour leur triste perte.
