Jaffa and Lysia have been at the refuge for a very long 4 years and have shared a box together now for a number of years.
Jaffa is 8 years old, handsome, affectionate, playful, walks perfectly on the lead, all the things people look for in a dog. Just look at his photo, he is beautiful and yet no one picks him.
He really is such a nice boy, he gets on well with other dogs, okay, he doesn’t like cats, but then no one is perfect.
He is also such an inspiration to the young and fearful dogs that find themselves at the refuge and is especially good with lovely Lysia, who came to the refuge as a puppy after being rescued by the SPA.
Lysia is a gorgeous girl, very sweet when you get to know her, but still needs the reassurance of another dog, as she continues to be a bit fearful despite having made a great deal of progress in the last year or so. Jaffa too, prefers to have the company of another dog.
Ideally, it would be fantastic if the two could be homed together, but the SPA realise this is a big ask, but surely there must be a kind, loving and patient family out there, who can open their hearts and perhaps even just give one of these lovely dogs a home. It just doesn’t seem right that they should be overlooked day after day when they both have so much love and happiness to give.
A family with an enclosed garden would be ideal and both Jaffa and Lysia are sterilised.

Jaffa et Lysia sont au refuge depuis 4 ans et partagent une boîte ensemble depuis plusieurs années.
Jaffa est âgé de 8 ans, beau, affectueux, enjoué, enjoué, marche parfaitement en laisse, tout ce que les gens recherchent chez un chien. Il suffit de regarder sa photo, il est beau et pourtant personne ne le choisit.
C’est vraiment un gentil garçon, il s’entend bien avec les autres chiens, ok, il n’aime pas les chats, mais personne n’est parfait.
Il est aussi une telle source d’inspiration pour les jeunes chiens craintifs qui se trouvent au refuge et est particulièrement bon avec la belle Lysia, qui est venue au refuge comme chiot après avoir été sauvée par la SPA.
Lysia est une fille magnifique, très douce quand on apprend à la connaître, mais elle a encore besoin de l’assurance d’un autre chien, car elle continue d’avoir un peu peur, même si elle a fait beaucoup de progrès au cours de la dernière année. Jaffa aussi, préfère avoir la compagnie d’un autre chien.
Idéalement, ce serait fantastique si les deux pouvaient être réunis, mais la SPA réalise que c’est une grande demande, mais il doit sûrement y avoir une famille aimante, aimante et patiente, qui peut ouvrir son cœur et peut-être même donner une maison à l’un de ces beaux chiens. Il ne semble pas juste qu’ils devraient être négligés jour après jour, alors qu’ils ont tant d’amour et de bonheur à donner.
Une famille avec un jardin clos serait l’idéal et Jaffa et Lysia sont stérilisés.
