The 1st National Meeting of Military Music in BOUSSAC

is part of a long tradition of musical events organized by our Battery Band since 1948.

It is a great pleasure for all the members of the Batterie-Fanfare des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Boussac, Musique Officielle des Sapeurs-Pompiers de la Creuse to make our town, on the occasion of our 70th anniversary, the French capital of Military Music by organising the National Meeting of Military Music, as a successor to the National Fire Brigade Music Rally which took place in September 2013.

This prestigious event will honour our armed forces, through their musical groups, and remind us that national security depends on men and women who have chosen to serve their country, their homeland and their fellow citizens.

Setting up such an event cannot be done without the help of all the participants who will be willing to combine their resources and efforts (elected officials, musicians, firemen, associations, volunteers, sponsors, etc.). As in 2013, there is no doubt that this event will be a great musical moment for our association.
